Who we are
24/7 Elite Healthcare Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are a private limited company registered in Scotland, company number SC666702. Our registered office is Principal Suite, Wishaw Business Centre, 10–14 King Street, Wishaw, ML2 8BS.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive the details you type in: your name, email address and telephone number, your message and, on the care enquiry form, who the care is for, the address where care is needed, the kind of help and visits you are looking for, the person’s age and a preferred start date.
Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through the website. We will talk through care needs with you directly.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss care or employment with you, and to arrange an assessment if you ask us to. We do not use them for marketing and we never sell them.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a care agreement. Where your enquiry includes information about someone’s health or care needs, we rely on your explicit consent, given when you choose to send it, and on the provisions of data protection law that allow the provision of social care.
Who else handles it
Two service providers handle enquiries on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect your information:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the form before passing it to us by email. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers are covered by recognised safeguards under UK data protection law.
- Microsoft, which provides our business email.
We may share information with a local authority, the NHS or another care provider only when it is needed to arrange your care and you have agreed, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to care or employment, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client or a member of staff, your information moves into our care or employment records and is kept for the periods those records require.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit or object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
