Working together

Planning care together

Compassion underpins our care, and enhancing the welfare of our service users is our main business. We believe in empowering those in our care. Our care plans and risk assessment plans will mirror individual care needs, developed in partnership with service users, their families and significant others.

We aim to work closely with local authorities, communities, social and healthcare providers to provide an effective and safe service. We also take guidance from the Scottish Government and learn from other local care providers.

Questions families ask

How long is a visit?

We offer visiting care from as little as 30 minutes to as much as 24 hours per day.

Can care be short-term, for example after a hospital stay?

Whether it is for a short period after a hospital discharge to stabilise your functionality, or for a long-term arrangement, we are here to help.

Do you work with self-directed support?

We welcome both privately funded clients and those on self-directed support packages.

Which areas do you cover?

Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire. Areas we cover

Who checks the quality of your care?

Our services are regulated by the Care Inspectorate. Our staff are registered with SSSC.
